Title: Development of an Automatic and Environmentally Friendly Filtering Unit for Industrial and Power Plant Effluents

Expected Outcomes: The research is covered by the following scopes:
1. Developed a domestic filtering unit (micro pore) using raw materials locally available in Malaysia.
2. Obtained filtering water are analyses by ICP-MS methods and the obtained results are compared with the WHO and Malaysian Drinking water quality guidelines.
3. Palm oil shell, stone and other materials can be used as raw materials.
