4. APPOINTMENTS HELD IN MILITARY CAREER: Served in Bangladesh Army approximately 36 years military training in different capacities such as in Command, Staff, Military Instructor, Faculty members as well as in UN Missions. Details of the career profile is shown below:

2023-2025: As Brigadier General as in the capacity of Professor and Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh Army University of Science and Technology to Raise the University with equipment and to start academic program.

2018-2023: As Colonel and Brigadier General and Professor. Appointed as Head Mechanical Engineering Department, Military Institute of Science and Technology for 4 years, as a Dean for 3 years (2 years as additional responsibility beside Head Mechanical Engineering Department, and Head Industrial Production Engineering for 9 months, MIST)

2017-2018: Headquarters, 24 Infantry Division, Bangladesh Army as Lieutenant Colonel appointed as Commander EME. Tasks were to look after all the equipment maintenance, repair and recovery of military equipment used in Chittagong area including Chittagong Hill Tracts.

2016-2017: Head Mechanical Engineering Department, Bangladesh military Academy, Bhatiary as Lieutenant Colonel and associate Professor.

5. TEACHING EXPERIENCE: Teaching actively at Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) and Bangladesh Army University of Science and Technology Khulna (BAUSTK) for undergrad students (BSc Engineering) for 12 years at different span of time as shown in para 4.
   1. Teaching various theorical subjects of Mechanical engineering at academic and application level. In teaching journey following subjects were taught Metallurgy (2 times), Introduction to Mechanical Engineering (4 times), Robotics (2 times), Mechatronics (2 times), Instrumentation 2 times), Weapon Engineering (once), Hydraulics (2 times), Internal Combustion Engine (Once), Combustion and pollution (Once), Renewable Energy (2 times), Nuclear Energy (3 times), Numerical Analysis (Once), Thermodynamics (3 times), Automobile Engineering (3 times), Bangladesh and Global Studies (once), Industrial management (once), Powerplant Engineering (once) etc.
   2. Developing training facilities and aids related to the subjects taught in an innovative way. BAUST Khula, Bangladesh Military Academy Mechanical Department had the best possible training facilities using local resources at lowest cost.
   3. Developing Robots for military commercial applications, large scale wind tunnel, Hovercraft, under water vehicle for rescue operation etc.
   4. Supervising 2x Engineering Masters in Engineering thesis and more that 20 undergrad thesis and projects. Topics covering design of solar dryer, Design and fabrication underwater electric propelled vehicle, biomass energy conversion in an efficient way, Design and Fabrication of wind Turbine, Heat treatment of Iron for introducing various properties, Design and fabrication of a model Fuel cell, Fabrication of a model missile and measure its aerodynamic properties, Viscosity measuring tools, Design and fabrication of Autoclave for agricultural application etc.

   6. Skill in selecting technical pers for different organizations, Conducted min 40 recruiting exams for Government organizations. Also arranging training for technical personnel.

n. Operational Activities in army:

1. Actively provided repair, recovery and inspection support to 24 Infantry Division in Chittagong Hill Tracts units in ‘Operation Dabanol’ and ‘Operation Uttorn’ in 1992-1994 and 2016-2017.
2. Organizing an Infantry Contingent for United Nations Mission at Sudan as pioneer Contingent Member. Carrying out route protection, patrolling beside repair activities.
